In my Thursday post, I blogged about getting a Job on a bet (If you have time read about it below). Maybe you were told you couldn't possibly get that Job or someone said you wouldn't qualify for a certain job.

ReplyDeleteI only work when I have to. I did however start my business this year and I know my friends and family are just waiting for me to drop it and flake out. No such luck though! I'm seeing this one through to the end.

ReplyDeleteHmm. . . Not with our "real" jobs for work. But with "jobs" around the house - yes, hubby and I have said "I bet I can finish cleaning before you" (like the dishes, dust mopping the floor, etc.)
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I bet on are horses. I try not to let people dare me because I don't have to prove a darn thing to them or myself. Anyone can do anything if they have a positive attitude and desire other peoples bets and dares don't entice me.
ReplyDeleteI have never been dared to take a job - but, if anybody wanted to dare me to take one .... say, in Hawaii - I'd do it. It wouldn't even have to be a double-dare!!

ReplyDeletethank you all for dropping by. Well, I guess I am a rare chickadee,LOL. Because I was always told I couldn't achieve things. I always proved them wrong. I have done several things because one bet or dare me. I'll make sure next week question id no down to earth or common,:-)
