My medicine cabinet is sorely unstocked right now. I only have the basics...ibuprofen, Tylenol and some Nyquil.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Kari - sorely unstocked at the moment, but I do have the basics like she does. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Case of the Missing Phone
We do take zinc and vit C as a preventative, and keep a few other things on hand just in case.
ReplyDeleteI have a 5-year-old in kindergarten so no prevention plan here, It wouldn't help with the amount of germs she is exposed to in the run of a day in kindergarten. When we are sick, I have vicks rub for her and Dristan Nasal Spray for me and a lot of kleenex.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
I honestly don't have one :)
ReplyDeleteI do have a cupboard with a few meds, um children's cold medicine and Midol for me :) and adult cold medicine.
Happy weekend to you!
Not much in the medicine cabinet but we do a lot of hand washing to try and prevent colds as much as possible. I'm so not a fan of winter :-)

ReplyDeleteI get one flu a year. This year it turned out to be Bronchial pneumonia. So as I can feel it leaving I get up no more laying around, I change the sheets, wash them including the blanket, I put the pillows in the window all day and spray my pillows & mattress both down with lysol disinfectant spray (of course I do that every time I change the sheets too. I also take a shower and scrub good all over to wash the germs off of me & I also spray the whole house with lysol. Besides drinking tons of V8 juice & make sure I take my Vitamin C.
ReplyDeleteI took zinc and Ginseng. That keep me in a a good state!
