Paul Davis singing "65 Love Affair" with Archie's Cartoons.... I loved it...Oh that song. It came out in 1981 and hit #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 by April 1982. Do you remember American Band Stand hosted by Dick Clark? Dick stated he would play this song over and over again and it would drive his family crazy! He really loved it. Davis preformed it on The American Band Stand in 1982. Paul Davis did not have too many hits, "I Go Crazy" was his first one in 1978. This song,65 Love affair, was his most popular and the one to hit the highest on the Billboard charts. Davis died of a Heart attack on April 22, 2008 in Mississippi, he was 60 years old by one day.I found this video of one of my favorite Cartoon characters, Archie from the Archie Comics. This character was founded in 1939. Was the star of Archie Comics who's first issue was in the winter of 1942. It was the longest running publication Comic for the MLJ Magazine Company. The company changed it name to Archie's Comic Publications in the Mid 1950's, Archie by then was a household name. Everyone knew the comic series.
