Aloha Friday....End of time?

Today is the day according to a person (Harold Camping) the earth to end.
2011 AD—On May 21^st, Judgment Day will begin and the rapture (the taking up into heaven of God’s elect people) will occur at the end of the 23-year great tribulation. On October 21^st, the world will be destroyed by fire (7000 years from the flood; 13,023 years from creation).
My mind keeps reminding me that Jesus said "No one know the end of time but God himself, not even I know...". So I do not believe it when someone says the end to time is here and He is there.

However, I watched The Chew, a Cooking program on TV, they had the last supper Meals. Things folks would endulge in if they knew this was the end of time. Thought it was quite interesting. That got me thinking ....

What would be your choice for a Last Supper?

I would love antipasti for an appetizer, a Good Lasagna with garlic bread and a glass of red wine. Then for dessert a piece of Coconut Cake.

Tuesday News.....Family Updates,

Well, It has been busy around here. Over the weekend we had Critter and his sister over. Went out to a farm on Saturday, Friday we made cookies and donuts. Also watch a couple of DVDs here,One in 3D. We watched Old Dogs, a Disney movie it was so good. Started out a little slow but once it got going the laughs were great. We really did have fun with the kids.

It was a nice break from the worries of hubby health. As you might know, He had 2 blood clots in his lung. Was in the hospital for a short while. They put him on Blood thinners and told us the next 6 months are at risk for more clots. Monday the doctor called and they looked at the scans done last week. He has a clot in the heart. As well as a kidney stone and cyst on it. However it did not look cancerous. Now he will be going to a cardiologist to have the clot in heart looked at. His pains are coming and going now. Sharp ones at that. It is a little scary to me, I really do not want to lose him. Our daughter is graduating this year and we are looking forward to traveling together again. My husband and I have been together for over 34 years. We never prepared for being apart.

So as you can see I have been preoccupied with family issues. Therefore I have not been posting as much on my blogs. I hope to get back to them soon. Continue to stop by I will try to keep this one up to date on the family issues.
